Adamo Construction renovated 7200 square feet of existing space into a modern lab area. The project involved multiple trades including coordination with the customer’s existing specialty vendors. Adamo Construction provided architectural consulting to assist the customer’s designers and delivered a completed facility successfully. Some of the stand out features of this project were the use of electro static carpet tiles to minimize static electricity, and a dry erase wall covering that spanned the perimeter of the room.
Adamo Construction worked with the customer to convert a section of their existing office space into a large collaborative work area. The perimeter of this larger room was constructed with full height walls for sound attenuation and security. Being in an occupied building, Adamo Construction worked closely with the facility department to prevent any unexpected utility shutdowns to the neighboring spaces and operations. The elements of this project included demo, framing/drywall, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, openings and premium finishes. This project was performed with zero impact the customer’s day to day operations and was completed ahead of the original project schedule.
Provided facility modification construction of steel stud and drywall partition walls, doors and associated electrical and HVAC to enclose an oven used in the possessing of medicines for pharmaceutical company. There were a number of commercial facility modification restrictions on this project involving cleanliness and timelines based on the usage needs of the oven.
Provided architectural plans, city building permits, demolition of existing tenant improvements and new tenant improvements. New facility modification construction improvements included offices, conference room, lab areas and restroom facilities.
