Jacob Cashmere - Senior Project Superintendent
Jacob has been with the team at Adamo Construction for twenty-four (24) years while his total experience in the construction industry spans over thirty (30) years. While working at Adamo Construction, Jacob has proven himself to be a valuable asset in the planning and execution of difficult and unique projects. His responsibilities have included: site investigation and evaluation, project planning and implementation, resource allocation and management, project trouble shooting, creative problem solving, quality control and project scheduling and management. Jacob has managed more then 100 SCIF/SAPF projects throughout the United States while working for Adamo Construction.


J.R. Hawkins - Superintendent
J.R. Hawkins has over forty-three (43) years experience in all phases of construction projects and has been with Adamo Construction for four (4) years. In that time his experience has included: wood framing – custom tract homes, apartments, condos and strip-shopping centers, masonry block buildings – shopping centers and business office buildings, and concrete tilt-up buildings – commercial industrial parks.


Al Lightfield - Superintendent
Al has been in the construction management industry for over thirty-five (35) years and with team at Adamo for two (2) years.. Al’s experience ranges from residential and commercial/industrial construction to specialized Department of Defense projects. He has been a licensed general contractor in the state of Idaho and owned his own construction firm in the 1980’s. Al’s experience is wide in the construction industry, they include: construction planning, design, budgeting, scheduling and project implementation, facility maintenance planning and project management.
