Over the years Adamo Construction has designed and built several hundred SCIF's and SAPF's for clients throughout the United States. Through these experiences we have found that some of our customer's requirements for a SCIF or SAPF are short term. Typically the customer's only option is to design and construct a SCIF or SAPF within an existing building. Adamo Construction has developed an alternative solution for our customers who do not require a SCIF for a long period of time; this alternative is cost effective and much faster than building out an entire building or just an existing space.
Adamo Construction is preparing to offer office suites that will be SCIF compliant for short or long term lease commitments. The suites will vary is size and are located in the San Diego area. If you are interested in leasing a SCIF space rather than building your own, please contact us.
SCIFs will vary in size, design and construction according to the purpose of the facility, the location, the regulatory requirements, the customer, and other environmental factors. These are all considerations in determining the security and safety of the materials and program activities within these facilities.
