Michael Gaetke President and CEO
Mr. Gaetke has over twenty (20) years of experience in secure facility, commercial and industrial design and construction. He is responsible for contract and change order negotiations, general oversight of entire project, assuming responsibility for coordination of all trades and submittals for maximum efficiency and timely completion.

James Adamo, Jr. Vice President and Founder
Mr. Adamo has more than fifty (50) years specializing in secure facility, commercial and industrial design and construction for a wide range of project types and sizes. He currently serves as a consultant providing design and construction experience.

Paul Adams Senior Project Manager
Paul is responsible for contract pricing, subcontractor negotiation and job coordination, working closely with the customer and job-site superintendent. Has over twenty (20) years of experience in commercial and industrial construction.

Larry Figueroa, Director of Business Operations
As Director of Business Operations Larry’s responsibilities include corporate marketing, client relation, and follow up, operations including, information technology, accounting, company facilities and vehicles. He has over fifteen (15) years experience in marketing, operations and strategic planning.

Christine Bailey FSO, Office Manager
Christine has over fifteen (15) years of experience in construction office management. She has served as Office Manager for ten (10) years at Adamo Construction and is responsible for all corporate finances, human resources, contract dollar items and invoicing as well as facility security clearance issues.

James Gaetke AIA Architect
James is a registered architect since 1969 and has over thirty (30) years of design experience for commercial, industrial and government facilities. He is responsible for any architectural design required on a project.
