Mr. Gaetke has over thirty (30) years of experience in secure facility, commercial and industrial design and construction. He is responsible for contract and change order negotiations, general oversight of entire project, assuming responsibility for coordination of all trades and submittals for maximum efficiency and timely completion.
Paul is responsible for contract pricing, subcontractor negotiation and job coordination, working closely with the customer and job-site superintendent. Has over twenty (20) years of experience in commercial and industrial construction.
Christine has over 30 years of experience in construction office management. She has served as Office Administrator at Adamo Construction for 25 years and is responsible for all corporate finances, human resources, contract dollar items and invoicing as well as facility security clearance issues.Christine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
James is a registered architect since 1969 and has over thirty (30) years of design experience for commercial, industrial and government facilities. He is responsible for any architectural design required on a project.
Andrew has over ten (10) years' experience in the building industry, including five (5) years experience specializing in SCIF construction. As Safety Coordinator he is responsible for the implementation of the Adamo Construction safety program on our job sites. In addition, Andrew coordinates scheduling, interacts with clients, and monitors the quality of construction as part of the on-site management team.
Mark has over 20 years of business management experience in Finance and Operations. He provides oversight of all financial and operational aspects of Adamo Construction, including cash flow management, insurance and bonding, strategic planning and financial forecasting. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance) from San Diego State University.
